The Method behind natural, considered aesthetics.
Standard aesthetics often starts with products. The Merrow Method starts with you: how you feel, how your face moves, and what subtle adjustments will restore your natural freshness.
You, just fresher.
How Lauren approaches every client
Listen first
We begin with you — what you’ve noticed, what matters to you, and what you’d like to preserve. No predefined packages, no pressure, just an open and honest conversation about your concerns.
Holistic assessment
Lauren considers your face as a whole — structure, movement, skin quality and proportions — alongside skincare, hydration, sun exposure and lifestyle. The aim is to understand what is really contributing to the changes you’ve noticed before recommending treatment.
Considered plan
Together, we create a treatment plan guided by good judgement — purposeful, proportionate and realistic for your budget. We prioritise the areas that will make the most meaningful difference, while preserving expression, character and balance. Less, but better.
Ongoing care
Care continues beyond your appointment. You’ll receive thoughtful review, clear post-treatment guidance and ongoing support, with Lauren available should you have any concerns along the way. Long-term skin health and considered maintenance remain part of the plan.

Clinical judgement.
Beautifully human aesthetics.
The Merrow Method was created to offer a more considered approach to aesthetics — one grounded in clinical expertise, honesty and restraint. With extensive NHS experience and professional HCPC registration, Lauren combines evidence-based practice with a deeply individual approach, looking beyond a single treatment to understand the whole person, the whole face and what will genuinely make a difference.
"My goal is for people to tell you how fresh and well you look — never to ask what work you've had done."
